Knitting - About Me
I love knitting! My Aunt taught me to knit dishcloths when I was a young girl. I picked up the needles again for my first anniversary, and I haven’t put them down for over 15 years.
I love the texture of quality yarns. (One of my favorite projects is a pair of fingerless gloves I made from wool I had carded, spun and then dyed with beets!)
I enjoy working with a wide variety of yarn colors as I knit, and I enjoy constantly trying new patterns with new textures and colors.
But I always try to keep a stand-by knitting pattern (DISHCLOTHS AND BLANKETS!) for THOSE kinds of days…Do you know what I mean?
